You answered it yourself...It's an urge and a trigger...others suffering with the same disease, yet, cannot stop watching, reading, looking, at anything and everything that reminds you of the ultimate goal. Unfortunately, that ultimate goal is also the one that can kill us. You have to fight the urges!
