I took it (and later Nuvigil) while I was working. It helped me a lot. It did occasionally send me up but I learned to notice as soon as it started and would take a PRN to counter it and that worked well. I had flex hours but this made the difference between working 9-5 and 11-7 so it was huge for me. It also made me more efficient and less scattered. I couldn't have worked without it on the doses of APs I was taking.
