I have no solution just want you to know you are not alone with this feeling. The difference is that I lack the energy to try and do something different. I am retired but I have lived for 65 years bored and restless. I do have a prescription for generic Adderall. It is the only thing that has really helped me to be more productive & lift some of the depression but I am afraid to abuse this med. Have been diagnosed as Bipolar II along with a bunch of other diagnosis.
