I tend to have an" all or nothing" technique. When I quit smoking 22 yrs ago. I stopped cold turkey.
I give up all alcohol for January, for dry January.
I starve myself with my diet, when I am on a diet.
I still have a very bipolar way of dealing with my weaknesses, but I am always trying to do better.
