Late this morning I did the main workout of Day 17 of FBSweat, which was a brutal lower body workout with various types of squats and deadlifts. I had sweat in my eyes by the end, but it was an awesome challenge.

38 minutes total.
This evening I just finished the extra credit routine of the day which was an 11 minute long pilates/barre routine. Including a warm up and cool down it was 29 minutes total. This extra credit workout was not nearly as challenging as the first routine, but it did challenge me in a unique way. By the end I was breaking a small sweat.
