Sounds scary. I don't know what to tell you, other than continue seeking help.
My daughter used to sleep walk and actually leave the house. I put a simple hook and eye latch on the top of the doors. Her waking self knew how to unlatch it but her sleeping self didn't figure it out. It didn't stop from sleep walking, but it did keep her from leaving the house.
