Thanks guys. Everything there seems to be chaotic. I'm sales manager, and it is very hard for me to even do some basic jobs. Their database for example is a real chaos. Although we have a CRM software I could never take a report from it as the information is incomplete and sometimes incorrect. We have one sales meeting as week, and it is basically the sales agents yelling at my boss.
I tried to bring new ideas to the table, but now I think I have to stop as my boss gets upset with it.
I can't even ask her questions anymore, she's way to busy to listen to anyone. Even the clients complaint about her.
I started sending CV's to other companies. Hopefully something better will come.
