That's rough, sorry.
I've heard of yoga with chairs and yoga moves for people with various physical issues. Maybe the instructor knows something or someone along those lines.
Some of my classes are indoors, which isn't as nice during a pleasant, cool summer like we've had around here. But air conditioning is *so* good when you need it.
Mall walking sounds good. Heck, anything helps. After a few years of avoidant and sedentary living, I was in very poor shape. I started with some stretching classes and consistent dog walking. (The dogs were getting walked before. They just got walked a lot more

)
