I've been taking 2/200mg doses in am and at lunch since April. Have had a headache from time to time, but no problem with anxiety or jitteriness. It actually kind of calms me, sort of like coffee (which will put me to sleep at times). I get a 882mg shot of Aristada, plus 20 mg of Abilify in pill form, so it helps with the sedation from those drugs.
