My issues probably won't be resolved unless the software is changed again and I feel bad even saying that because all of you went through so much trouble to give us what we have now. The main thing is the freezing. I stop seeing other people's messages and sometimes my own out of nowhere. So I'm constantly having to ask myself "am I froze or is everyone just quiet?" Then there's the issue of when I pm it kicks me out of the room.
I don't know much about the other systems and what's available in another chat I used to go to they used old fashioned java. The kind where you could use text color and a background color (that's just the easiest feature to describe, not necessarily its most redeeming quality). I really liked that, but again it's understandable that you don't want to change the software again....
I agree also about not having so many rooms. Ive always thought there should just be one big room instead of just branching them off like that. I don't think it's fair when someone gets told to go to a separate room just because you don't like what they're saying. That's what ignore is for-In life topics change and if we aren't interested we either talk amongst ourselves or come back when it's changed. After all, we're all here for the same thing-mental health support.
