Just finished the 26 minute long low impact cardio routine that I really like.

Got the muscles warm and I definitely feel more awake. I'll post the link to it in case I haven't before, it's a great workout for beginners and a great recovery workout for non-beginners. No equipment required, the moves are all straight forward and it's not boring!
