I had an abscess removed nearly a week ago now, and I'm told it's healing up fine, anything else I can do to help healing? I am not exercising and I am getting enough sleep. But I am struggling to eat anywhere near enough food. And according to my thermometer, which may not be accurate, I have a bit of a fever. I don't feel ill though, but I did feel tired when walking back from town today. Otherwise I'm not doing anything but sitting around the house.
