I didn't get to go to their offices but did finally, after trying all their phone system options, get a person! I'm taking them the results of the ultrasound tomorrow along with lists of my meds and the latest TSH levels. They're supposed to go directly to the endocrinologist who will make a decision on whether to see me earlier. I also told them of my mood instabilities and that I very much am freaked out about the whole thing and my anxiety level is nearly max all the time. Crossed fingers
