I got over 16k steps total today, not shabby at all.
I also had enough energy to do the main workout of Day 19 of FBSweat, which was a lower body HIIT/weight lifting routine. 33 minutes total and it definitely broke a sweat. And I definitely had to modify some of the harder moves (star jumps kill me!).

Hopefully I'm not too sore for work tomorrow. I may begin the morning with an active stretching routine or an easy cardio workout like I did this morning. Helps to wake up but not feel too tired out.
