I always tell other people that the time they accumulate doesnt go away because they slip up, whether with SH or using. Learning takes place during those periods that helps later on. But when it comes to myself, it's hard to not beat myself up, and talk down on myself, for the same slip ups. Right now, I am trying to just be gentle, and keep moving.
I see T tomorrow, unless her office is still messed up. It got flooded with some of the rain from Harvey (which I'm trying to picture cuz she's on the 3rd floor, but I'm assuming the ceiling leaked or something). I also have some medical stuff that is stressing me cuz Thursday I'm gonna need an IV, and I don't like the looks I get with it...
