%#@&#! - she needs to get to a different Dr. Coming off cold of benzodiazapeens (Valium, Ativan) is dangerous. You run the risk of seizure. You're supposed to taper off of them slowly. last time I was on Valium, and I was only on it for 4 days although at a really high dose, the Dr. took another 7 days to taper me down to zero without any problem.
Can yuo get her to go to an ER or walk in clinic.
