so recently, when I had some spare time to myself, I created a physical mood tracker (I think this is genius!)
it's a box with different size cards in it, with different colours for my different moods (why I actually did this, I do not know)
but it's working for me
what I do, is I hang the relevant mood card on my door, so if by chance someone comes round to see me or anything, they know what I am feeling (and the other cards I keep with me at all times!)
so far, I have:
anxious
depressed
mixed
manic
dissociative
unwell (meaning physical issues), and 1 for calm.
I just love what I've done.. it really works for me, and it's creattive
