Yes, GI issues can make your nose run. If you have gastric reflux coming up your throat, it can get all the way up into your nose and cause your nose to secrete more fluid because it's irritated and wants to protect itself. It can cause itchiness as well from the irritation, leading to sneezing etc..
It's one of those weird things that my allergist told me! So I'm supposed to see a GI doctor later in September. I think September 24th or something, so it's a while from now.
