I think my health is bipolar. In the spring I was using a cane. This morning I put my socks on stork style without hopping around, falling over or steadying myself against anything; just freestanding. I have spinal stenosis and 2 herniated discs in the lumbar region. Somedays I get the nerve pains all over the place and low back pain that is just about debilitating. Other days it is like they got my MRI confused with somebody else's and there are just a couple of minor aches.
