I take 10 mg of it a day. It seems to work okay for me. It helps with my anxiety and depression problems, but it helps most with my OCD. The main thing I don't like is that at night I can feel it sorta wear off. This makes me have panic attacks and major mood swings at night which can be hard to deal witth. Other than that I'm okay with it
