A lot of our skin problems have to do with what we eat that our body rejects & the best thing to do is figure out what you might be eating that can be the cause.
Stress lowers our immune system so that when we eat something our system is allergic to, there is no immune resistance to fight it off.
I would start eliminating one thing at a time. It takes weeks for things to get out of our system & then to see an outside improvement so be patient.
Much better to try that than fill your body with chemicals like steroids....those can really mess up the body.....only in an emergency situation wouldb I go with that solution.
My daughter had a horrible reaction to penicillin as a child. Her joints wouldn't move. Her pediatrition had given me a prescription for a steroid in case it got worse on vacation. When we first arrived at our condo she had a craving for salad with bleu cheese dressing. Turned out the culture in the bleu cheese was the same as the penicillin which triggered a worse reaction. So yes, what we eat can have a serious effect that can show up whereever we have our most reactions.
It may be alcohol....it may be something else you are eating. What have you changed or added more of lately....that would be the thing to start eliminating & see what happens.

know how frustrating it is. I have bad reactions to every med I put in my body & have had to deal with that for all my life.
