Just finished the main workout of Day 22 of FBSweat - a lower body workout with weights, AND sets of 5 jump squats in between each exercise. Doesn't sound like much but it adds up.

27 minutes total.
I may do the extra credit workout after work if I feel up to it, but I also might do something less intense like a light cardio workout + a stretching routine. We'll see how I feel.

I'll post my step count later tonight and whether or not I decided to do a second workout.
