My journal says about 5 days from when I started to feel up in a not so gentle way, but I'd already seen my pdoc for intake and the next step up in titration of the depakote took the muscle out of it. And so no more magical, disappearing cats. Abilify later killed it all off, and may it stay gone for many years to come.

I do still get a little breakthrough on the paranoia side.... meh. I can survive that I think.
