I second the suggestion of telling your doc (PCP). If you don't quit, your doctor should know what you are using. They don't violate patient confidentiality and they won't prescribe something with a bad interaction if they know what you are using. And they will encourage you to stop, help you if you need it, refer you to the right people if you need that. But good docs will not turn their back on you even if you don't stop.
