Oh Gus! We could use that desert around here!
Am sore and tired from hurricane prep, but all the outside stuff is taken care of. I did a test packing of my truck this afternoon. The cats, dog and our supplies will fit in the truck. It will be a squeeze, but it'll fit. I was going to pack clothes and food tonight. I'm pooped. I'm not going to do much of anything tonight. I can pack clothes and food fairly quickly tomorrow.
Christina and anyone else in the southeast, you're in my thoughts. This monster is going to hit more than Florida.
Jan, I'm sorry you are having to deal with such a mess. I hope they finish soon.

BlueEyedMama, what an ordeal! I can understand wanting to stay in your own home. It's more comfortable than the hospital.
