Had another, different shot yesterday for my back. So we wait and see again. Also had a CT Wednesday, ordered by the surgeon. He brought up a partial fusion as a possible solution, if this shot doesn't help. I see my pain doc on the 13th and the surgeon again on the 14th.

Still pretty sore today. Already taken 2 tramadol of the 3 I can have a day. Woke up nearly unable to walk from the pain in my lower back and neck, and then about an hour ago the cyatic nerve was getting pinched again. Still feeling the nerve, the tramadol didn't get rid of the pain, but at least I can breathe when I walk now.

Gonna try getting out of the house in a little bit. I have 3 months clean from drugs and alcohol today, and want to go to my home group meeting and get my key tag. Usually I would have already left, but I don't want to go too early so I don't burn out before the meeting. It's not til 8:30 and it only just about 5 now.
