Jan, the shots helped early on, but lately they haven't been doing anything for the pain. I am still having days where I can hardly get out of bed and leaving the house is out of the question altogether. It's been a year since the accident (Sept 10th, 2016) that started this all. U had fibro already and would get some back pain, but nothing like this. Most days my pain is at least an 8, if not worse. Added to that, the doctors took away NSAIDs, because of stomach issues, so I only had Tylenol for a bit. Now, I at least have the tramadol, but I'm scared to take it all the time because I have a history of addiction, and really don't want to go down that path again. I wish I could just sleep all the time, and avoid it all, butf that's just not possible.
