A combo that finally worked for my daughter is Tegratol, Nefazadone and Desipramine. (Tegratol and Nefazodone are contraindicated, and Tegratol impacts the effectiveness of the Desipramine which means her dosage of that is very high) It's a very unusual combination and the pharmacists have refused to fill a few times until talking to first her IP Pdoc, and then more recently her OP Pdoc. But it did finally pull her out of a very deep depression.

She's actually doing quite well right now.
