cyran0 is right.

Sometimes when i get to feeling like that, I try to put myself in moggles shoes...then look at myself in mirror...god, it is too hard at first. But I can now, even in deep despair, hear at least one thing my hubby has said thats nice when i need it most.
Someetimes just walking the dog and looking at trees or clouds, helps. I dunno, I am rambling, sorry. I hope you are smiling and caring and ok! hugs, melanie
