Thanks for the support. I'm doing better today (it's up and down lately). Getting the exercise done at least makes me feel like I'm not giving up completely, and that I'm getting something done (looking after myself). But yeah, the occasional rest day or "going easy" day is important too.
Great job with the half marathon! Any good stories?
