I was in the medical hospital for a suicide attempt. The attending physician came In and said "Don't worry, you'll get on some antidepressants and feel better in two weeks."
I completely broke down sobbing because I was so angry at that statement. How ignorant. I had already been on antidepressants, several of them, for years.
