I am so sorry you are struggling right now. I see you are already doing one day at a time which is good. If need be though it helped me to sometimes go every five min. at a time. I told myself I will not SI in this five min. After I would make it then I would do it again. I do much worse if I have nothing to do. I try to keep myself as busy as possible when struglling. Cleaning and organizing works best for me. I try to scrub every last piece of dirt out of the designated room. Hope you start feeling better soon.
