I see you live in the USA so you have more freedom of choice than those who have to live with socialized medicine.

I suggest you find another doctor. It's OK to interview a doctor. Bring a list of your issues that were not listened to and tell your potential new doctor "these are my concerns and I want to check them out." If they do not respond in a positive manner, leave and find a doctor who will listen to you
