I'd call your pdoc sooner rather than later. They may or may not be able to help you out. Most likely, they'd have to call in a Rx where you are THEN get an authorization through your insurance to get it covered if it's too early to fill. Not sure if your insurance is in-network with out-of-state pharmacies.

But I'd agree that if pdoc can't help, tapered doses are probably the way to go. Sorry you have to deal with this.
