I was on the Dr Bernstein's diet and the doctor...and I use that worse loosely here asked me
"isn't it time to stop taking all of the meds " meaning my BP meds "you don't need them anymore.
I couldn't help it but I burst out laughing and asked her if she knew what they were for
....and she didn't
