I echo the other posters.. congrats to you for your realization and breakthrough! That is a huge self realization that will help you heal. I am sorry for your childhood pain and can relate very well to this. It takes a lot of strength and courage to look pain in the eye, evaluate it and see what was truly happening. Kudos!!!
