I think initially the meds have to work to help you and maybe self pep talk. Also I try exercising at some time during the day..in the hope that it may help eventually. But I still feel meds need to give the first push if the depression is too severe.
Oh! I also keep a weekly target - say over 2-3weeks I'll try to get up 15mins early.

Maybe try putting the alarm a meter or two away so you have to get up, and then try not to fall back. Also iced coffee waiting prepared in the morning by the bed?
My sleep is messed up beyond repair but this just might work for you.
