I would have gotten more if I had started in 2016 (I signed my contact on Feb 1 this year). So, at least I am feeling like I am getting some appreciation for my work.
That's very promising! I hope it continues. It feels good to be appreciated and also to have management understand that they need to make changes from unrealistic goals.
