i just wanted to let you know that i did get grounded... and was able to sleep a few minutes...helped a lot... i feel bad that i keep freaking out... my ptsd symptoms really flared up over christmas... i am usually not such a mess
it isn't so much that xanax is addictive as i really hate the way it makes me feel when i take it... i am only taking half of a .25 and sometimes i even cut it to a quarter...it just really makes me feel numb... lol... i do see the irony in that... and i am fighting to keep from that place.
