Got around 12.5k steps at work today, less than usual because I had rides to and from work. However, at work today it was a lot of heavy lifting so that was a workout in itself. By the end of my shift though I felt much better than I had in the morning, and even wanted to do my planned workout, so I did!
I chose an upper body routine with weight lifting that I really enjoyed, 34 minutes total. I also did a 10 minute abs floor routine which was a nice add on.

Feels good to work out, and it feels like my arms may be sore tomorrow.
