USA has some nifty ones fully programmable digital... and I'm wanting them!

I have Menieres Can you remind me (so I don't have to look it up) what makes it flare in particular? Lately the tinnitus is unmanageable, the vertigo increasing... isn't there something with diet? I feel dumb.
