Hi Desiree. When I am on a diet here is what I do about cravings: Promise yourself you can have that pastry or chocolate on a designated day. For example, follow your diet every day, but promise yourself you can have one dessert on Sunday. It is not as frustrating as just cutting something out. Once a week won't interfere with your diet. Just be careful not to go overboard. I tend to do that. lol
