The majority of my counsellors/therapists have been female: 4-2. The first male T I worked with was not great, as he chose the moment just after I'd spread an A2 flow chart out on the floor of his office to tell me that he would soon be retiring. (Same guy shut me down in an earlier conversation, with the phrase 'You don't have intrusive thoughts, do you?')
I do, I just didn't know what to call them then!
