You don't have to talk about your feelings but what stresses you and problem solving. Please see someone if your depression gets so dark that you consider taking your life.
If I tell the doc that I can't walk around the streets seeing girls in yoga pants and booty shorts without thinking about ****ing them even when they are long gone and out of my sight, he might send me to a mental institution where they will force me to take prescription drugs. I have schizophrenic and bipolar relatives I've seen it all. I don't even know why I came here, I'll just live my life being a hypersexual virgin.
