The only way you're going to get a definitive answer is by going to the doctor. If you don't want medication, you can tell that to your doctor; he or she can't force you to take medication if you don't want it. And if he or she prescribes you medication anyway, you are not obligated to pick it up. So you can still talk about your horny issues.
