This women I've known for a couple of years used to be nice. We started losing weight around the same time, and we'd congratulate each other and support each other. I had recently quit my job and she had not worked in a number of years.
Then a year ago, I got the job I currently have, and lost loads of weight and am average now, and her weight loss stalled and she has almost 60 more pounds to lose. (She said that.)
Her attitude has changed, sort of drastically.
She does not really talk to me anymore. I catch her giving me dirty looks and just frowning at me.
Then last week we had a conversation that went like this:
Her: did you exercise this morning?
Me: no, I usually do 3-4
Her: "I" excercised this morning
Was she trying to one up me? It seemed like it.
Then a couple of days ago she said
"Look at her texting so fast." And some other guy laughed.
Why did her attitude change so much over the past year? I don't really talk to anyone about my accomplishments.
Should I just ignore her? Or should I say something?
