another check in:
Sun: couldn't find the strength/will, spent about 5-10 minutes on some mild core stability exercises as a last ditch effort in the evening
Mon: stretching class only, pretty sedate
Tue: crashed completely again, failed to do weights
Wed: still a mess, did my most intense solo cardio session ever to somewhat blot out the distress
Thu: plyoga class, disastrous, I should not have gone
Fri: today, still distraught, no exercise
