A mental health professional just told me to make a list of things to do, so that I can keep my mind off my problems and worries. So, here goes.

go for a walk (and get my flue shot!)
Walks are good in general, especially at this beautiful time of year
chores
self-care
go to a meeting
go to church
cook something tasty
call a friend or family member

or makes friends here or give others support here!
Write a list of my good characteristics
write a list of my good job qualities
name my caregiver qualities
write a list of things I can do with my client
Think of things to change the subject to, if someone brings up "the problem."
