For me getting up in the morn on time is a prob...I want to lie in bed all day long and then feel sad about it afterwards....
so the first thing for me in the morn would be not to bargain with myself whether I want to sleep a little more or not...but to snap all negative thoughts and just get out of bed.
Then brush, have tea, read the newspaper and exercise i.e. go on with my daily activities inspite of how I feel..meaning even if I have the painful feelings of depression and anxiety.
Btw I learnt this thanks to one of our pc memebers - winterbritt
P.S.: Getting out of bed on time has been the key to me and then exercise.
