I enjoy reading this thread. It gives me a peace that I felt when I was In Patient.
I was in and out of hospitals between Nov. 2000 and Jan. 2011. My longest stay was 5 months and I did several 2-3 month stays.

So here on this site we are people that could very well meet in a hospital.
It is safe there and we all understand each other. Just like here on PS

I personally found in IP that though the Docs, Nurses and Direct Care Staff helped immensely, my healing mostly took place interacting with other patients.

It is wonderful to identify with the posts here and see people supporting one another.
